How would you rate American International School Kuwait?
Teachers are overworked and every year sees a mass exodus. Admin, on the other hand, stay longer, I wonder why? A constant pace of changes, implementation of new strategies that don’t have proper action, then blaming teachers for the failure. Poor facilities compared to exorbitant fees charged, classes way too big for a private school (25+), and workload too heavy.
Do not consider working here! I made a poor decision two years ago and now I am counting days until June. Students’ academic levels are horrendous and their behavior is no better. Admin only want you to nod and work long hours, and you are even expected to stay after work just to please the owner’s ego.
It’s very fun and the learning they teach it in a fun way jokes on you whoever said it’s bad jokes on you ais is the best school
Old building, dirty little bit, but they are the best in academic. The administration don't care about the building, toilet and everything related to the cleaning process, no garden, dirty parking.

Two nice Tennis Tables that accommodated us for 2 hours and we enjoyed it. Look for our Group photo.

High turn over of teachers. Many new teachers with little or no experience. Being an IB world school is the reason it gets one star. The owners are the adult children of a doctor from Lebanon who served the ruling family. Being the children of a doctor does not qualify you to lead a school. AIS is a business instead of an academic institution and it shows.
